"No Stock and No Communication"
I ordered a set of lights and got an order confirmation saying they’d arrive in 2-5 days. After 8 days, I called to check on my order, only to find out they contacted their supplier and the item isn’t available anymore. Super frustrating to wait that long, have to reach out myself, and then hear it’s out of stock. Now they’re saying they’ll process a refund. I really expected better from a company with decent customer service; they should’ve reached out to me way earlier instead of shifting the blame to their suppliers. I won’t be shopping with them again.

These folks are top notch. I put in an order, and they reached out to me, which helped me save some cash. The package showed up in just a few days, all in one piece. These folks are true professionals. I don’t shop anywhere else for bulbs. Great job!

Awesome service and quick shipping. A few of the things I ordered were out of stock, and I got an email asking if I wanted the available items sent right away or if I preferred to wait for the rest. I was cool with waiting, but I really appreciated them reaching out to give me a choice.

The service was fantastic, but the new bulb barely lasted a week. When you shell out 30 quid for a single bulb, that's just not what you expect.

I just made my first order with National Lamps and Components, and I’d definitely do it again. The bulbs I got came fast, were packed nicely, and neither the bulbs nor their boxes had any damage during shipping. The sizes and ratings seem to match what was listed, and I’m super happy with what I bought.
